My Elite has stainless steel ones with Omega in large letters, I would suggest one of the breakers on here.

May I be as bold to suggest, on behalf of a certain Admin here........Gay? Maybe? Just a little? Odds on I think....

Quite like them personally.  :-* ;D

Are they an irmscher item, or did I imagine it?

There was a firm doing aftermarket ones at Billing, looked very good (and rugged and Macho)  ::)

The Irmscher part number for the sill covers is; i 40 17 070
Mike Dundee does indeed have them, had a look at Newent...and I really like them. Not sure how they'd look on my black car, but looked excellent on his silver one.

Can't think of the company at Billing, but I think they were supplying blank aftermarket ones, which they engraved while you wait. There are many on the market, but I suppose some are cheap & nasty rubbish. Hopefully someone here will recommend a firm.

Perhaps consider getting any old cheap/expensive alloy sill protectors, then find in local yellow pages something called laser engraving. Theyre suprisingly common, and tend to do things like promotional items, personalised giftware, photo of your kids engraved on your wallet, that sort of thing.

One local company i spoke to a while ago seemed very happy to engrave pretty much anything. Had an idea of a griffin etched into headrestraints a while ago, actually...

But if you got something like that, stuff having something boring like 'OMEGA', instead you could have 'Dave's Mig' or whatever you wanted  :y

(If your name isnt Dave, then probably not Daves Mig, but you get the idea :D ;D :D ;D )

Food for thought, as they say....
