Legally .. you buy it from Vauxhall ...

EPC = Electronic Parts Catalogue

Copyrighted Vauxhall Software therefore not legal unless you happen to have it supplied to you by Vauxhall.

Just to clarify, we do not allow discussion of distributing copyrighted material.

EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) and TIS (Technical Information System) are both copyrighted.  Both are available direct from Vauxhall (not dealers), but are hugely expensive.
