Title: 2.2 diesel leak

hi all,just had a call of a good friend who has an 02 2.2 diesel,has fairly recently had injecters replaced by vx and now they are leaking again,causing smoke to come from side of the engine when it warming up.he also parks down hill,but on steep graidient and always has sreviced by vx.he is a very sedate driver!any one got any clues as whats going on?said i would go and have a look,what should i look for??got a code reader if that might help! :y

sure it not the little diesel powered water heater on the driver side under wing /bumper,that creating the smoke

Try the O-rings from the top of the fuel injectors they are made out of rubber.

Injector spill pipes loose/damaged or as first reply pre-heater :y
