Title: Facelift rear door card won't come off ??

I'm in the process of trying to remove the rear door cards, but come across a problem.

Taken all the door screws out, yet it seems to be stuck fast from the middle upwards, it's like there's something else from preventing it being removed  :-? .

Anyone else know if there's something I've missed, as I cannot find any more screws to removed, so perplexed now  :o .

taken the one out behind the chrome handle?

Yes, took the one out behind there.

It seems to be stuck from where the pull handle is upwards, almost as if there's a fixing screw/bolt on the inside of the card  :-?

look in the bottom of the of the pull handle there is a covered screw in there  :y :)

Too dark now to see, but run my finger over the area and feels like there's a screw there, take a look tomorrow now.
