My Carlton and Astras all had the same thread. (I'm guessing that any 1990's Vauxhall cap will fit)

I used an old Carlton cap that had a level sensor. I cut off the level sensor and fitted a schraeder valve in the hole.

Just blow into the coolant bottle if your desperate, or a motor bike brake master cylinder cap? It really doesn't need much pressure.

well yes alright, you have to seal your mouth/cheaks round the the bottle opening first. THEN blow. (sigh) wont taste nice, but i did say if desperate.

i used a presta valve in my bike brake master cylinder cap, can blow into that as well, doesnt need an air line even. Seemples.

should add though, that bike master cylinder cap will need something in the lid to make a seal.
