Title: heating problem

On motorway motor temp is under 70C when outside temp is under 0C
do I need to change termostat?
any experience with

were are you as temp here this morning was 0.0C
and temp of engine can be just that the engine is being cooled from the out side air.

on the 2,2 dti i have at 130km\h the temp gauge stays still at ~87 degrees, no matter what the outside temp was.. the lowest i saw was -11,5 degrees on the cid. at that temp on idle it was really loud :))

Yes you should, temp that low means that the stat has stayed open.
Start the car from cold
If you feel the pipes around the radiator they should stay cold untill you feel a sudden surge of heat through them.
If you feel the pipes getting gradually warmer instead of sudden surge of warmth that means the thermostat isn't closed when it should be and need replacing
