I put a new pollen filter in my car around november time last year. The old one looked in pretty poor condition (probably original one) it was so filthy it was black.
After reading some of the posts on here i realised the replacement should have been black too (A Carbon One) VX sold me the wrong part. moan moan.
Anyway the white one seemed to work ok so end of.. until i had to change my car battery about 3 weeks ago.
The first time i started the car (with the new battery) i noticed the climate control panel went i bit nutty. Loads of flaps adjusting and fans switching on then all went quiet for a minute. All works fine, loads of heat and plenty of blower power for the windscreen etc, But i'm getting all the fumes from outside coming into the car . Any ideas????

Put the correct charcoal filter in. Facelifts have an air quality sensor hence the need for the charcoal one.
Or have a bleeding shower if the smell`s that bad ;D ;D ;D
