Title: Starting problem
Post by: moog on 05 January 2011, 20:06:49
About a month ago i started my omega and the starter seemed to spin a lot faster than normal, fearing a snapped cambelt i checked this and it was fine.
Tried starting again and it started no probs straight away.
It has done it again today and is still doing it every time i try and start it.
Someone please tell me its not major open wallet surgery to put right.

Probably 10 secs if that.

Check that all spark plugs are tight and none have worked loose.

Check for error codes using pedal trick and post any codes found.

Also check for oil/water in the plug wells while you're in there.
