every now and then i get white cream in the breather cap on my omega elite, now its not losing water and its not losing power, i was told by a mechanic from a vauxhall dealer that i no, its condensation. is this true ????

Yes, as the filler neck sticks up above the engine it cools faster then the rest causing the oily air in the neck to condensate. Just take the neck off, clean it and throw it in a cubby in the boot then fit the yellow oil cap directly to the cam cover. You only need it when you top the oil up anyway :y
