It is portable with blue tooth built in but obviously cannot pick up a signal from my radio as my radio aint blue tooth compatable, hence the question

My head unit is bluetooth compatible and can link up with the phone, but I think I would need to get the adaptor to go with it, but looking at the website it does'nt actually say. ::)

It says bluetooth ready so I'd expect it will just need a bluetooth phone/PDA.
Check your instruction book on pairing with a bluetooth phone then try it when youre next in the car mate.
