Title: Air Con problems

Please can someone help me with my Air con on my 2001 omega 2.2 petrol.
the air con will only blow cold air and with temp droping below -10 im freezing :(
Im 72 and i love my omega but at this rate i will have to get a new car as i can not find anyone who knows what is wrong. >:( i think they all must have trained on tractors  :D
any help please, it only has 64000 on the clock and very well looked after. :)

So when you turn the heater dial up to hot nothing happens at all?
I had a similar problem which was the small motor that moves the rods over from cold to hot  :y

I assume you have reset the flaps?
