Yes...Tis I AGAIN.
Thought I'd post this question separately from my others.
WHY does the lense INSIDE my lights move so freely when touched. IF I poke me hand through the main beam "hole" and hold/move the housing it moves with VERY little effort all over the place so obvious me thinks it would move freely side to side, in and out all on its own just from the movement of the car.
I',m 99% certain that the adjuster motors arm is now sited correctly BUT I simply don't understand why the inner silver lenses move so freely, taking the bulbs with them.
I read that the allen key adjusters on top of the lights need "tightening up" to prevent such movement.
Is this the case please.

You've got broken adjusters mate ;)

duggs
the allen key adjusters at the top of the headlight are to move the light up and down and from side to side to get beam alignment not for "tightening up" as said it looks like you have broken adjusters :'(

OOOOOOO well at least I know what it may be then.
They must be pretty fragile then because my lights have had the wobbles on BOTH my Omegas and the Vectra SRi I had before hand. I got a further Omega light as a spare and that has the wobbles also.
She passed the MOT a short while ago so guess I'll just keep an eye open for some spares I guess.
Thank you for all you help.
