Title: Tech 2 in Ireland

Does anyone know if there is someone in OOF in the Irish Republic who does tech 2 (I believe tech 2 is to do with reading & rectifying faults to do with the engine management system) as I have a problem with the gearbox. The nearer they are to North Cork the better.
