Title: cam timing

Hi guys
          I have an issue with the mig, i can only achieve about 11 to 12 miles to the gallon around town, i would of thought i could get more then this and feeling under powered, have done before, first thought was the thermostate?? not working as pervouis post, this is ok but very little heat inside, hbv valve suspect, temp gauge takes abit to climb then i thought when i change the cam belt last year i found it hard to release the cam locking tool on the right side, red side i think, having to use force to get the bloody thing out, have i retarded the timing guys, whats the best way to reslove this, have the dvd and laptop to do but still unable to  get this right  :-[ :-[ :-/ :-/

come round my place one evening and I will have look for you if
timing is correct and check other things
