Title: TD Crank sensor

I notice that the crank sensor is often the culprit with petrol Omega problems, but don't recall any with the TD. Is that about right? And, just in case, where is the TD sensor?

Seems to be resilient on the TD. That said, being BMW, it wouldn't flag up when it did fail ;D

Its under starter motor
