All V6 stats are the same but, beware, there were two suppliers and the bolts sizes are different for them.
These are pretty good (and OE)

Dont forget the transfer pipe O rings or for belt and braces, a transfer pipe (about a tenner)

What the rubber hose which fits to the stat?
-
There is no rubber hose to the stat, a metal transfer pipe attaches and the end of this has 2 rubber O rings.
It might be worth while just buying a transfer pipe as this comes with the O rings and means you dont get stuck of you break it whilst trying to get it off (its this bit that is secured by the B-bolt)
