Title: PAS pump problem

Hi,

My PAS feels really heavy at low speed. Could this be a pump problem?

'99 3.0V6

I have the same problem, usually happens when maneuvering  :(

So what causes a pump to tire? The car has only got 75k on so I'm a bit reluctant to change it with another used pump - I do have a spare, but it came off a car with 120k - but was working ok. Any thoughts?

You could try a fluid change......and check correct tension on aux belt
