Title: Torque setting?

what are the torque setting for mig wheels? Got 16" CD ones on mine.

I thought the correct torque setting for any bolt was "Until it shears off, then back it off a quarter turn" ... is that not right?

It occasionaly requires a sneaky wipe after getting them off when the airguns been near them!

Front wheel bearings are two grunts, a fart and a sack twinge ::)

Up to shear and back a flat i believe...?  :)
