Greetings and salutations,
in another topic concerning 3.0 performance improvement I got suggested to use 3.2 exhaust manifold. So after long search I have found one 3.2 going for spares and I would like to ask, whether this manifold can go directly to my 3.0 engine, or if I will have to make some modifications. Also, together with this manifold can go stainless exhaust. But it is from 2001 caravan and it is connected to one pipe right after the manifold (so only one middle part and one back part). Is it complicated to put this on my 1998 saloon? And is it OK to use only one pipe? I thought it should be better to use also two backpipes, so this is completely opposite...
Thanks for any help :)

If fitting a 3.2 manifold - you'll need to use the 3.2 gasket.
You'll also need to shave off 5mm from the flange where your old cats join the manifolds.

So just gaskets and it will sit there without problems? Thats cool :)
And can I use 3.2 exhaust from caravan on 3.0 sedan with this manifold? Or is some heavy (for example welding) mod needed?

The rear silencer is different between a caravan (estate) and a saloon and i'm sure it won't fit :(
