Title: retro fitting headlamp washers to 2.2 cd

So who has fitted the above and how did you do it. Have located pump and jets. Did you add another water bottle and if yes were did you fit it. any advice helpful. Cheers in advance

You`ll need a relay plugged in adjacent to the green 30A fuse in relay box by battery (part # 90355363). If using your existing reservoir, just to the right of windscreen pump and lower down you should see a black circle.....this is where the H/L pump sits, you`ll have to drill through the circle (unless it`s a "knock out") and fit the rubber seal  and push the pump through it

When I added the headlamp washers to my mini-face lift (1999) CDX  I added a much bigger washer reservoir which had both pumps fitted. The reservoir bolted behind the front bumper steel beam.

I recall that the pump for the headlamp washers was much bigger?

I also found that the wiring was already there just needing a new relay to get it all working.
