Title: How to extract exact date of manufacture from VIN

Hi everyone,

My county education transport service is about to introduce a 10 year or younger condition of contract to start in September 2011. Nice long notice. Ha ha ha...not.
So, I need someones help to give me the "exact" month of manufacture from my VIN number...  if poss

WOLOVBP6931063365

I have NO intention of renewing my lovely Omega taxi, I simply want to choose one final contract that will take me as close as possible to its expiry date, i.e. 10 years, not 9.5
and manage without their miserly offerings.

If anyone needs more information, just ask.

was born 02 12 2002

the O's in your vin should read as 0's  :y

All Vxs start W0L, and you don't get Os in the VIN :)
