Title: tc and spanner

hi
quick question guys
car was running fine
i put some coolant flush in it so i can clean it before putting in some new red stuff
however as per guide of flush
i put the flush in and had to run it for ten or so minutes
so i started it and had it sitting on the drive
about five minutes in the car cut of itself and now when i start it it starts but the spanner light is on also the tc light is on
its running smoothbut  its idling at around 900 and when you rev it the engine seems to have a delay in picking up and dropping the revs in comparison to the pedal
any ideas please

the tc light has disapeared but the spanner light is still on with the revs still playing up
