Title: How do you remove Oil Filler Neck (V6)?
Post by: nordic on 26 May 2011, 16:51:14
Hello,

I am busy replacing the rocker cover gaskets and have turned my attention to the near side.

The Oil Filler Neck has to come off - but how?

Does it twist off?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Andy :-/

Yep, just lift the tab that fits over one of the cam cover bolts and turn it (anticlockwise, IIRC).

as he said ^

Its the exact same twist fit as the oil filler cap at the other end of it  :y , just with a locking tab
