Hello the drivers side headlight is out on my car. The light went out so i changed the bulb when I changed the bulb the fuse blew so changed the fuse and bulb, now the headlight still dont go on all other lights ie brakes sides reverse etc working every thing but the driver side headlight any ideas as im a taxi driver and need to sort it for friday night cheers ajn

I have noticed a nic in the yellow wire half way up but only seems to be in the plastic covering but also the yellow plastic has rolled back off the wire as it joins the connector but still seems stable ajn

But it could be shorting out ;) ;)
Get some tape over it and try again :y

nope even with the wire completely covered with tape also the the inside seems loose compaired to the other side ajn

That sounds like broken adjusters ;)
Afraid you'll have to check the wiring as that's most likely cause of fuse blowing. Of course, it may have just been a dodgy bulb but...

my mate just put some test thing on it theres now live going into the yellow wire so just to get me out to work im just going to run a wire off the other light :-? thanks for the replys ajn

Was it fuse #31 that you checked :question

Of course there's not... You said the fuse had blown ::) ;)
