Is there a maintenance guide for this? had a look could not find it :-?
Have only done pads on old cars, so not sure.

All easy enough. The bare bones are:
Fronts just undo the 2 calliper slide bolts 14mm?, whilst holding the pins with a 2nd spanner, 17mm?.
lift calliper off, swap the pads over, and refit the calliper and retighten the bolts.
Rears calliper is fixed, pads a held in by 2 pins and a spring clip. Just drift the pins out, pull the pads,
rewind the pistons, refit pads, clip and pins.
Obviously missed a few steps, such as cleaning all the crap off the callipers, copper slip on the back of the pads etc.

easy way to compress the cylinder piston back is with a G-Clamp, gently tightened - BUT you MUST undo bleed nipple otherwise the seal could be damaged...
Not so easy on the rears, but you can still use the G-Clamp to press the pistons back again with the bleed nipples open...
