Hey guys,
We've had a small bump into our drive gate post in our X reg 2.2 Omega. The bumper isn't cracked, but has bent in slightly. Is there any way to remove the bumper and pop the bend out?
Thanks Karl

I thought there was a guide .... but it appears there isn't :-/
On my preface lift bumper there are 3 or 4 plastic 'rivets' on the lower edge (something like these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FIX4C-7mm-DRIVE-RIVET-FIXINGS-CAR-TRIM-PANEL-CLIP-x15-/320708591212?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4aabb8be6c#ht_1029wt_1250 ) screws in the wheel arches and a screw behind the trim around the headlight. I wouldn't think a face lift would be that different.
Before you remove yours, try warming it with boiling water or if you're really careful, a hot air gun & then pushing the dent from behind.

Thanks for that Andy. A Kettle of boiling water and two pairs of hands did the trick. With only a little chips of paint missing.
Thanks Everyone.
