Title: gear remote ??

hi all
Just a quickie!

is the gear remote of the 2.0/2.2 etc the same as the remote on the 2.5 v6 3.0 etc :)

splendid! thanks for the quick reply :)
reason for asking is that there is a bloke nearby splitting a 2.2 omega and i need the linkage for my kit car so i can find out where to place things  :D
