what style? What year is your Elite?

Cheapest option would be a replacement set off a breaker

If you can do without your wheels for a while and get the tyres off I'm sure you can find someone to do it for less than that, and of course you then get the option to change the colour, I'm looking into a slightly darker silver / grey at the moment.
