Title: Adjust Headlight Washers

It may have been asked before but could anyone tell me how to adjust the headlight washers as my pass jet is going straight up. Ive tried with small screwdriver and it looks liike it may break so that makes me think there must be a special tool to do this

I adjusted mine with the (normal) pin method

I've got one jet pointing almost 90 degrees to the left and I have tried all I can imagine and it seems somewhat stuck, I really thought it would break if I had continued. Can these be dismantled?

The jet body can be separated from the colour coded piece
