can some one please tell me the best oil to put in my 3.0 omega v6 elite pl :y

Easy - Vauxhall's own Semi synthetic 10W40 from your friendly local dealer at £11.60 + VAT for 5 litres.  Currently, in fact usually, four for the price of three. 

This is Trade Club price - if you're not already a trade club member, join AutoBahnStormers for £20and you automatically get a Trade Club card. 

Original Vx oil filters dirt cheap as well.

if youu go to billing this weekend there be lots of GM oil for sale at tc price or cheaper. so stock up. :)
