Title: My car wont start.

Came home one day last week been having no problems.
Went back out an hour later and got nothing from the starter, just the solinoid click. which has now stopped.

I was wondering if its down to battery due to the hot weather, or has the starter motor packed in.

If its the later how hard is it to change the starter, my car is an jan 03 3.2 elite.

Also what are these things worth scrap as a worse case senario

I think I would be wanting to check the battery first, if not, or a dodgy connection, then a new starter....had to do both on mine recently..... ::) ::) ::)

Agree with vamps try the battery first! you might be surprised..  :y
