Title: Traction control help

Having just got my 1998 MV6 estate i'm still finding my way around the various knobs & buttons.
It didnt come with a user manual so firstly has anyone got a PDf of one please. Sencondly what do the two buttons TC in centre console an Tm to right of sterring column do & when do I use them?
TC illuminates a light on the dash when pressed but does this means its enabled of disabled?
Tm button doesnt seems to do anything.

TC - Traction control is DISABLED when the light is on.

TM - Traffic Master - subscription based traffic reports through the stereo system.  (if now aftermarket stereo, may be disabled)
