Title: 1995 2.0 16v still no start

put in new loom  from  a 1999 2.0 16v
fitted ecu transponder and chip from
another 1999 omega
fitted a new late crank sensor
car just turns over does not even fire
no codes stored
tried new coil pack aswell
now stumped

no spark
fuel upto injectors but no further i think
