Title: Another Lambda Sensor Question

Is there any difference physically between the pre-cat sensor and the post-cat sensor?
Are aftermarket ones any good or does it have genuine GM all the way?

ive swapped mine around without any issues so they are the same i think

but never tried the copy ones
