Post by: Alex W on 13 July 2011, 13:57:02
What is the quickest way to clear/reset fault codes?

Thanks in advance.

20 'clean' starts after the fault has been fixed or a code reader.  :y

I've now done well over 20 starts since replacing my crank sensor and then forgetting to plug the electrical connector back on the throttle housing but I am still getting Codes 19 and 21.

Is there any other way to force clearance of fault codes?

a cheap code reader of ebay will read and clear most codes
however if you have a android phone you can buy a bluetooth obd module of ebay for about £30 wich does the job uswell
