Is they a easy way to get the injectors / fuel rail back into the manifold on a V6 ? :y
Removed for gas nozzle fitting but a real pain in the ar*e to get back together :'(

A little grease around the O rings and in the bores where the injectors fit helps, then they just slide in, I find.
Get one bank of three in place then locate the others in their bores and push down on the fuel rail.

As for my car, injectors are now taken off.
Is there a way to test them on my desktop ?
E.g. should I hear some clicking sound ...or so when connecting one to the battery ?

Injectors will click if you momentarily apply 12 Volts to them. This only really verifies if the solenoid coil is intact, though, which you can do with a multimeter on Ohms (expect 12-16 ohms).
When injectors fail, it's generally because the nozzle has clogged, the valve is weeping or the spray pattern and / or flow rate are no longer as specified. Less easy to evaluate unless you have an injector test rig.
They very rarely fail, so I would have to suspect a problem before going through this. You can send them away to be cleaned and flow tested if required.

Can I clean them myself using some injector cleaner spay ?

Not really. They need to be cleaned in an ultrasonic bath while being exercised, ideally. In use, they normally have a pretty good solvent (petrol) passing through them, so any muck that builds up in spite of this will take some shifting. Having said that, as I said, they very rarely cause problems.
