Title: Rear track control arms...
Post by: twiglet on 08 August 2011, 11:52:17
I need to be able to tow a F/L Omega estate a few miles using an A-frame, and I need to know whether it will be ok to do so with the rear track control arms removed?

I have already removed the diff and driveshafts from the car, so no issues there. I'm also not worried about damaging the tyres. Like I say, its only for a few miles...

TIA  :y

I may be wrong, but I would have thought it would be too unstable as the wheels would be able to move from the correct position :-/

I wouldn't advise it

Cheers Paul, stability when towing was my biggest concern.  :y
