The one that comes out parallel to the top of the auto ( I am assuming it is an auto) gearbox is the breather pipe and just feeds up amongst everything else at the back of the engine. It does not connect to anything up there.
If it is misbeghaving and "dropping down" (Mine once dropped onto the road) then punch a hole through it at the top end and cable tie it to say the pipes on the back of the plenum.
Don't know what the other is.

Sounds like the condense drain from the climate control :-/

the 1 coming from pas side looks like it has been attached to something the way the end is its like a 1/4 inch wider at end .i could put the 1 off gearbox inside it and fits snug, thats why i was wondering if they went together ,

Can you post a photo of it?
I assume that the auto gearbox breather pipe is one piece from the top of the box to where it ends up behind the engine but I suppose yours might be in two sections that have become separated :-/

Something else about auto gearbox :
There's these holes on the auto gearbox body :

I'm wondering if they
- should be covered by some rubber cup
OR
- are designed like this(breathing,or I don't know...)
