Think the old saying goes;

Felt through the steering wheel its wheel alignment.
In the seat of your pants its wheel balance.

Sorry but NO

if wobble is at a certain speed and can be driven through then more than likely wheel balance
if felt in steering wheel Front wheels if through the seat then Rear wheels

wouldve thought balancing would affect from 60mph upwards? so does the shaking start at 60 or 80mph.  ;)

SWMBO complained to me her steering wobbled at 80mph, took her to a tyre garage and had the fronts balanced.
The drivers was only slightly out but the passenger was quite a way out.

She's taken it for a test drive and no more wheel wobble  :y
