Title: airbag fitment ; same across the range?

hi all

i know the facelift airbag is a different design to the mini facelift airbag, but i wondered if the fitment was the same? so in other words can you take a facelift airbag and fit it to a pre facelift steering wheel and vice versa?

So many cars being broken, might be better to get right one, you want to trust it if kissing the wheel at speed...
