Does anyone know where I can get bonnet vents (replicas) for a Lotus Carlton from?
I was thinking some vents on the Omega may make it look meaner, plus also help with cooling.

These are not lotus carlton vents, but would look equally as naff good as replica LC vents on an Omega. :y

I've thought abouth using them. Got some xjs tear drop ones but they didn't look like they where going to look right in the end. Neither did the LC ones.
I'm probably going to use Astra (?'G') ones when I get round to it.
You could ask http://www.coollouvres.com if they could copy the design and style and press into a bonnet?
I'll see what ABS have to say too.

Southwest Lotus have them in stock, or did but make sure your sitting down when you ask the price.
There orginal cost was around £80.00 to £90.00 quid each and thats just the outer grill not the fixing plate underneath

That is a lot.
I think they would make the car look better (aswell as other advantages).
May be if I can not source them at a reasonable price, then I should try some Escort Cosworth ones as there are loads of replicas about.
