Title: Aerial cable
Post by: bestseany on 28 January 2007, 22:04:55
I've noticed that my aerial cable is damaged in my Omega. I think it's from taking my stereo in/out etc, which has caused the co-ax to snap in the middle a few inches from the connector. Bending it in a funny angle makes it briefly work.

How easy is the cable to change? I remember in my Cavalier that the cable had a join in the passenger footwell, is it similar on an Omega?

To the best of my knowledge (need to check wiring diagrams) it is the same in the Omega.

I hope so as I have the same problem myself and need to sort it!

I hope so too. I don't fancy replacing the whole cable to the back of the car  :(
