Title: just bought a new light switch...

just bought a light switch off  t'internet- stated cdx unit. i noticed on my facelift that i have no light level adjuster wheel just the dash dimmer one.
this new one has both, will it cause any problems if i fit it? or is there no wire set up for any h/light adjuster that it will cause no probs?

I honestly dont know.....I guess that you have HID's (auto leveling) and hence no dial....

Pre-facelift CDx's had ordinary Halogen bulbs, facelfit cars had HID's hence they are different....

What was the reason for the new switch?

I fitted one on my mini facelift Elite and it hasnt caused any problems

the one on the car is a little dim so im changing it for an update led one.
