Is it possible to add an extra amp and sub to a standard Bose system??
As good as it sounds. the bass is not all that, so i was just wondering.....
-
i have a 6 channel Alpine amp that i have put in place of the bose......that drives the bose speakers and then i have a seperate amp that drives 2x12'' subs, it now has a kick to it when turned up a bit :y
For my feed i cut a set of speaker wires and soldered some phono cables onto it, this was my feed for my subs, added an 8 SWG power lead and earth and picked up the remote feed from the Bose wiring and there you go, a pleasant addition to the already good sound.
Shame i have to lose it all when the LPG tank goes in :'(
