Hi, i found navi system for opels called DVD 90, looks cool and accepts DVD navi maps, but if I swap my one 2015 with dvd 90 will board computer work?

Will need TechII to un-pair CID from current NCDC. Think all the DVD90's i've seen have been driving 16:9 screens so not 100% you will get it to work......
I'd be interested in the 2015 and Telematics unit if you do try the upgrade.

No.
As a general guide (excluding telephone head units meaning that any upgrade is a nightmare) if your stereo model number has 4 digits - CDR2005 etc, then it can only be replaced by another head unit with four digits CCR2006 etc. You cannot put a 2 digit stereo into a four digit hole.
The later CD30, CD40, CD50, DVD90 CANNOT BE USED in the Omega
Although the shape may fit, the protocol laguage is different as the two digit models also communicate with the engine ECU for their coding and run the displays via Canbus - both features the Omega is lacking.

Shame..
Thanks for info.
