Title: Swapping my CCR2006 for a new head unit
Post by: waspy on 24 August 2008, 08:43:07
I currently have a CCR2006 multi changer & i know the lazers don't like CDR's etc. So i would like to change to a new head unit. My question is, can someone please recommend a after market unit that may mate up to my steering wheel controls (if one does  :-/).
Also is it just a case of plug & play or do i need a extra cables or the like?
Thank you. Pete

I should also add i would like a DAB head unit  :)

You'll struggle to find one which will directly work with steering wheel, but most decent stuff will have adapters.  Downside is there is little room for adapters.
