Title: Nokia Car Kit fitting
Post by: gwa on 23 October 2008, 21:19:58
Does anyone have an 'idiots guide' to installing a Nokia Car Kit for the 6310 type fone. I know about the aerial, mic & speaker, its the wiring to the back of the radio. Any help appreciated  :y :y

Do you have a little stubby aerial on roof?

If so, prewired, so its a £20 adapter to connect it to stereo (or a 2nd hand one from eGay).  Glovebox has to come out though :(

Yep, I got a little stubby. I bought a kit from Markey Mark which contains the 'little black box'. I'll drop by when convenient as I've got a couple of fobs that will require coding.  Maybe we can do a deal  ;) ;) ;) :y :y:y

Glovebox removal is a pain in the dark - you may have to do that bit yourself ;)

Okey dokey, I gotta get a new handle for it anyway, so that can be done in slow time. Can you do a fob for me tomorrow on my way home?  :)
