Will i need an ISO adapter to fit a aftermarket HU?

No way of answering that without knowing what is going in and more importantly what is coming out.

Could be very easy, could be a real swine.

Provide us with a few more details and I`m sure many out there will then have something to base an answer on and will help all that they can.
