Moving to ICE section.

Sadly this unit cannot be decoded via decode algorythms, its a nasty decode involving reprogramming.

There used to be a database site that for a few quid would give you the ORIGINAL code for a radio if you sent in the chassis number.. I used it on the old miggy CCRT700 as the radio had been changed but the card hadn't been updated .. :(

Been searching t'internet for 5 minutes but can't find the site ... if I do I'll edit this link .. Dave DND might know what I'm on about ... :(

Edit .. I think it was these guys .. not certain .. but SWS Solutions rings a small bell .. methinks they have changed their site/way of doing business somewhat in 6 years !!!

http://www.radio-code.co.uk/vauxhall-radio-codes.html

This will of course only work if the 10 reset attempts have not been used, if they have ... its going to be expensive .. :(

You mean carpass ;) - it will be GM's database (that should get updated if dealers change the radio)...

Ahh .. yeah .. for card read carpass .. :)  I think on the old beast the radio had been changed but not by a dealer .. so I had a problem when the battery failed :(

In those days the info was available for free from a forum type site, you opened a thread with your chassis number, they posted back a possible code to try... all for free :)

Worked well for me but a few months later when talking about this at work a mate discovered that they had started to charge... although for less than a night out he got his radio working .. :)

As said above .. for some silly reason SWS rings a small bell .. or I'm getting tinitus in my dotage !!!

 :D :D :D

We stopped providing the online code solution to the CCRT700 to the various online code companies after the 1st generation of CCRT700`s dissapeared, as the later versions fittd into the UK cars such as the Omega use a different code format and can only be decoded by plugging them in to our decode machine.

Horrible job, and sorry, horrible price, but we are one of the few in Europe that can do it.
