Does anyone know were i can get the cd cartridge for this system in my 2001 elite cheers oh yes and obviously ignoring main dealer.

It was only ever offered for sale via a Vx dealer and never as a spare part from anyone else. With the demise of Philips many years ago you will be unlikely to find a new one anywhere else than either old stock from a Dealer or 2nd hand from somewhere like ebay or fellow Oofers.
